Dylan M., MSW Intern

My name is Dylan Miller and I am an MSW intern from the University of South Dakota. Originally from South Dakota, I recently moved to Albuquerque in July 2024. I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree.

I have experience working with children as young as 6 and adults well into their 90s. I have had the privilege to work with diverse communities including indigenous populations and the LGBTQ community. My primary focus moving forward is to work more closely with these communities, bridging gaps in behavioral health services and helping to eliminate healthcare disparities. Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, these goals are near and dear to my heart. I am intentional about holding a safe, nonjudgemental space for my clients and seek to work as a team to help them feel empowered, supported, and confident.
