Aside from Dr. Ross' models of therapy, she has been a born again Christian since 1999 and strives to be authentically whom God created her to be; both in her personal and professional life. Dr. Ross is an assertive, outspoken, straightforward therapist, who enjoys working with a clientele who are ready to work and reach their goals. Once that crisis occurs, then it is imperative that we push ourselves to a higher level. We should not ask ourselves "Why me?" But we should ask, "What is it that I need to learn from this experience?" Dr. Ross's goal is that the Faith Works family gains Strength through Love.
